All Hill Country Rifles orders ship via UPS, and every shipment is fully insured.

Apparel & accessories
Flat-rate shipping of $12 per order to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Custom cut cases
Flat-rate shipping of $65 per case.

Rifles
Rifles ship via UPS to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. Flat-rate shipping options:

• UPS Ground: $145
• UPS 2nd Day Air: $215
• UPS Next Day Air: $285

How FFL shipping works
At checkout, enter your FFL dealer's name and address.
We obtain a copy of your FFL dealer's license on your behalf.
Once your rifle ships, your FFL dealer will contact you to complete the transfer. You'll be required to show ID and complete Form 4473 with them.

Local pickup
Rifle orders may be picked up at our New Braunfels location:

A valid government-issued photo ID and a completed Form 4473 are required for all rifle pickups. We'll contact you when your order is ready.

Processing time
Processing time for rifles varies depending on scope inventory and whether a custom scope turret is required. We'll provide an estimated timeline once your order is placed. In stock Accessories and Apparel ship within 2-3 business days.

• We only use UPS as our official carrier.
• Rifle purchases will only ship to verified FFL Dealers that are selected during checkout.
• Note that our shop only processes orders Monday - Friday. Please allow for extra time when ordering on the weekends.
• Tracking information will be e-mailed to you when the shipment is picked up by the carrier.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• We currently only ship to customers in the United States.

Rifles

• Rifles are not eligible for return. Every rifle is covered by the Hill Country Rifles warranty, which is transferable to future owners. See our Warranty page for details.

Parts, apparel & accessories

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund for the item.
• Returns requested after 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We do not charge a return shipping fee. Original shipping payment is non-refundable.
• Installed parts are non-returnable.
• Please include your original receipt with any return.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged in transit) along with your original receipt, and we'll make it right.
