We start with a new match-grade barrel, true your action, and finish the job with a fresh Cerakote coating and a tuned trigger. Your rifle comes back sighted-in, looking sharp and shooting better than it ever has.

• Match-grade barrel: Choose stainless steel or a Proof Research carbon fiber barrel in the caliber, contour, and length you want. We true your action, then thread and chamber the new barrel to our precise specifications.
• Glass Bedding: We glass bed the recoil lug and center your new barrel perfectly in the barrel channel.
• Cerakote finish: All metal is refinished in the Cerakote H-Series color of your choice.
• Trigger tuning: We tune your factory trigger to 3.0 pounds, or as light as is safe for your rifle.
• Scope mounting and sight-in: We mount your scope, test for accuracy with factory ammunition, and sight the rifle in to your specifications.

1. REQUEST A SERVICE QUOTE
   To start your next rebuild, use our Rifle Service form below to enter your rifles information and your desired components. A member of our team will contact you within 2-3 business days to review your request, discuss your goals, and finalize the best options for your rifle.

2. ACCEPT YOUR QUOTE
   Once you receive your personalized quote, simply approve it to move forward. This confirms your selected services, components, and estimated costs before any work begins.

3. SHIP TO HCR OR DROP-OFF YOUR RIFLE
   After approval, you can either request one of our shipping services or drop your rifle off at our shop if you’re local. Check out our Shipping services below. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure safe and compliant transport. Once your rifle arrives, we will inspect the rifle and finalize your quote.

4. SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT FOR COMPONENT ORDERING
   A 50% deposit is required to begin your rebuild. Once payment is received, components will be ordered and your rifle will be added to our production schedule. Lead times are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of work and parts availability.
