SHIPPING
The Hill Country Rifles Online Store is pleased to offer complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on all optics orders. Rifle purchases will be shipped UPS to your selected FFL Dealer at checkout. Only our Pathfinder Series rifles are available for purchase online. All other orders will ship USPS and shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
- We only use UPS and USPS as our official carrier.
- Rifle purchases will only ship to verified FFL Dealers that are selected during checkout.
- Note that our shop only processes orders Monday - Friday. Please allow for extra time when ordering on the weekends.
- Tracking information will be e-mailed to you when the shipment is picked up by the carrier.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We currently only ship to customers in the United States.
RETURNS
The Hill Country Rifles Online Store is confident you will be happy with your purchase and the level of service you receive.
This Return Policy is valid for all items throughout the HCR Web store.
- Returns are accepted within ten days of delivery of the item with original sales receipt. A full refund will be issued only if the original packaging is unopened and in brand new condition. All other accepted returns will be assessed a restocking fee of 15%. Items that have been opened must be in new condition, in their original box and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Items may not have been registered. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment received. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
- Optics that have been mounted to a weapon are non-returnable.
- Pathfinder Rifle purchases are non-returnable. Please see HCR's Warranty page below.
