The Z8i line utilizes the upgraded Swarovski High Definition lenses for sharper, brighter images, especially noticeable in the higher magnification range. This makes the Z8s clearly superior for high-magnification requirements in low light conditions. Of course, the Z8s use the same 4-point coil spring erector system for precise, repeatable tracking which is essential for long range reliability. Finally, the Ballistic Turret Flex system, unique to the Z8 line, allows quick attach and detach of the ballistic turret, with more range and flexibility than the turret system on Swarovski Z6 and Z5 lines.
